Phil's Call

[available] It seems Phil, the informant of Lith Harbor, has something to say to all novice adventurers who have just arrived on Victoria Island. [in_progress] Phil, the informant of Lith Harbor, explained that once you reach Level 10, you can make a job advancement in each town of Victoria Island. They asked me to help out the townsfolk in Lith Harbor and hunt monsters to reach Level 10, then return. [completed] After reaching Level 10, I was able to get information about the job advancement from Phil. It seems you can advance to a Warrior in Perion, a Magician in Ellinia, an Archer in Henesys, and a Thief in Perion. Talking to Phil will allow you to go straight to your town of choice. Since a job advancement cannot be undone once made, I'd better choose carefully...
